How we review — and how we correct

A short, honest description of the method: what gets checked, what never gets published, and what happens when we get something wrong.

The method

Every page starts from a single question a reader might type, and is finished only when that question is answered without requiring a second page. In practice that means we work through the thing itself — the account flow, the cashier screens, the promotion terms as published — and describe what is there, in the order a person meets it.

What we check on a money page: the promotion's stated terms word for word; which payment categories are offered in each direction; what the verification process asks for; and what the support channels are. What we deliberately do not check, because it cannot be checked honestly from outside: how fast a given player's payout will be, or how "generous" a game is on any particular night.

What we refuse to publish

Invented figures. No payout windows, RTP percentages, licence numbers or bonus conditions that are not in the published terms.
Fabricated ratings and testimonials. There is no score out of ten on this site, and no quotes from players we have not spoken to.
Filler. A page is as long as its subject requires — padding a guide to hit a word count wastes the reader's time.
Guesswork dressed as fact. Where something is unknown, the page says it is unknown and points at the authoritative source instead.

Corrections policy

Mistakes get corrected in place. When a factual error is found — by us or by a reader — we fix the page, and where the change is material we add a short note explaining what changed and when. We do not quietly delete pages to hide an error, and we do not leave an outdated promotion live while pretending it is current.

Terms change frequently in this industry, so the most common correction is a promotion that has moved on. If you find one, tell us through the contact page with the page address and what is wrong; we aim to respond within a few working days and to fix clear factual errors as soon as we can confirm them.
